The studio is a very cosy and comfortable space which allows the trainers, especially Nikhil to personally assist and correct postures and maximise outputs. The studio is well kept, well managed and the reformers are properly sanitised after each session which maintains hygiene. Nikhil’s energy is amazing, he pays attention to posture very well, his instructions and demos are very clear and each workout choreography is well curated and well explained before each session by him.
